Tasting notes
A beautiful deep ruby-red colour; clear and dense, it opens gradually in the glass.
The first nose shows fresh sour cherry, blackberry and liquorice. The second reveals black pepper, violet, smoke and dried plum, with a discreet note of Griotte chocolate.
Dry, warm and soft, with the lovely freshness typical of the variety. Fine, ripe tannins, pronounced minerality and a full body. Balanced, harmonious and rounded, finishing on dark blackberry.
