Tasting notes
An elegant straw-yellow colour.
In the glass it releases a fine, pleasant nose of grassy and fruity notes: green grass and nettle first, followed by grapefruit peel and green apple. The second nose reveals green pepper, elderflower, a touch of white pepper and a hint of smoke — a richly complex bouquet.
Dry, gently warm and soft, lifted by a pleasant freshness, with subtle tannins and great savouriness. Balanced, with green apple on the finish.
Food pairing
Risotto with scampi and asparagus, pasta with Istrian truffles.
