2. What data we process and why
Contact form and email. When you contact us we process your name, email address, optional phone number and the content of your message, solely to reply to your enquiry and arrange tastings or orders (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep this correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and at most 2 years, unless a longer period is required by law.
Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser) to keep the site secure and working (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted automatically.
We do not sell your data or use it for automated decision-making. Data is shared only with our hosting/email provider as processor, and with authorities where required by law.
3. Cookies and local storage
We use only what is necessary for the site to work, and analytics only with your consent. You can change your choice at any time: .

We use Google Consent Mode: until you consent, Google Analytics does not set cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own server; no third-party fonts are loaded.

Our webshop partners (hedonist.hr, croatiarevealed.com, wineforyou.at) and our Instagram and Facebook profiles are operated by third parties with their own privacy policies.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, to data portability and to object. Write to info@valentawines.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.
6. Age restriction
This website promotes alcoholic beverages and is intended for persons aged 18 and over.
