A family winery from Istria, with vineyards in Kaldir and Pazin.
For three generations, the Valenta family has been creating wines shaped by the land and each vintage. We believe in simplicity, respect for nature, and uncompromising consistency in quality.
Kaldir
The rolling hills above Motovun are defined by a distinctive blend of clay and stone, bringing freshness, structure, and longevity to the wines. Here, the vines grow slowly and steadily.
Sunlight brings warmth, and the soil brings character — resulting in wines with clarity, depth, and balance.
This is where Terre di Paradiso and Dionigi are born — wines that reward patience and stay remembered long after the last sip.
Pazin
The vineyards around Pazin sit at higher altitudes, with cooler days and crisp nights. These conditions allow for even ripening and a naturally preserved freshness.
Deeper soils retain moisture and minerality, giving the wines a fuller, well-balanced structure. Wines from this area are recognized for aromatic clarity, precision, and persistence.
