Tasting notes
A lively greenish-yellow colour, crystal clear and of medium density.
The first nose brings vineyard peach, elderflower, gooseberry and green pepper. On the second, hints of tomato leaf, freshly cut grass and asparagus.
Dry, gently warm and soft, with fine freshness and real savouriness. Medium-bodied and balanced, with an intense, lasting palate — harmonious and very drinkable, finishing on peach.
