Teran Dionigi featured in Boje zemlje’s Enoteka
Sommelier Emil Perdec reviewed our Dionigi — a Teran from the Šubijent hill, aged two years in barrique.

Istrian sommelier and columnist Emil Perdec featured our Teran Dionigi in the Enoteka column of Boje zemlje — a wine from the Šubijent hill, where some vines date back to 1963.
The grapes are hand-picked in mid-October at low yields. After maceration, the wine ages for two years in Slavonian and French oak barriques and then another year in bottle. Dionigi is bottled in large formats — magnum and double magnum.
Perdec describes it as dry, full-bodied and mineral, with soft tannins and a long finish, and with ageing potential of up to twenty years.
